Why I Started Equilibrium Consulting and Coaching
I started Equilibrium Consulting and Coaching to create what I couldn’t find—spaces where professionals and women are supported, empowered, and equipped to lead without sacrificing their well-being.
As a social worker, educator, and certified trainer, I’ve walked alongside healthcare teams, leaders, and everyday women navigating emotional exhaustion, identity shifts, and the pressure to always “hold it together.” I witnessed the silent burnout, the unspoken frustration, and the absence of meaningful support in spaces where it mattered most.
Equilibrium was born from a desire to change that. It represents the balance between professional growth and personal restoration. It’s where evidence-based tools meet real-life transformation. And it’s a space where your story, your voice, and your purpose are honored.
